How do I Create or Edit Staff from Staff Directory?

INTRODUCTION

In this document you can learn to either 'Add a new Staff member' or 'Edit an Existing Staff member'  Please peruse and reach out for any questions.  Thanks!

ADD NEW EMPLOYEE

  1. Go to the BRA App Portal via http://zbrainet.bra.boston.cob/bra/appportal/.
  2. Click Login

  3. Click 'Staff Directory'
  4. Check to see if your staff member is already created by searching/looking through existing directory
  5. If it hasn't been created, scroll down and press the 'Add New' button
  6. Add all appropriate information.  Highlighted are required.
  7. Press 'Save'

CHANGE NEW EMPLOYEE

  1. Go to the BRA App Portal via http://zbrainet.bra.boston.cob/bra/appportal/.
  2. Click Login

  3. Click 'Staff Directory'
  4. Check to see if your staff member is already created by searching/looking through existing directory
  5. Click on an existing staff Member
  6. Updated all appropriate information.  Highlighted are required.
  7. Press 'Save'
