Update the BCDC Meetings and Minutes page

  1. In Kentico, navigate to Planning > Urban Design > Boston Civic Design Commission
  2. Click on "BCDC Meetings and Minutes"
  3. In the Form tab, right-click inside the table to insert a new row
  4. Type in the new date, and then highlight the date with your cursor
  5. In the WYSIWYG editor, click on the "Insert/Edit link" icon
  6. In the popup that appears, navigate in the Content tab to the calendar event
  7. Click on the event title and wait for it to appear in the "General" tab in the URL field
  8. In the "Target" tab, select "New window (_blank)" in the dropdown
  9. Click "Insert"
  10. Save, Submit for approval, and Publish

Use this same method for adding PDF links to the "Minutes" column on the same page, by navigating to the Document Center and selecting your Minutes PDFs.
