How do I book a room in Google Calendar?

All rooms must be reserved through Google Calendar (not the intranet) moving forward. 
  • Create a calendar invite as you normally would. 
  • In the area where you typically invite guests, find the button that says"Rooms, etc." and click it. 
  • Find your desired room (Under the "BRA" dropdown list) or equipment (under "Other Equipment"), and click "Add"
  • Voila! Time, guests, and resources booked simultaneously. 
  • If you delete an event, your resources will be released automatically. If you only want to cancel a resource but not the event, click "Remove" in drop down menu or click the "X" next to the resource in the list that appears below the menu.
