How do I update my email signature?

Please see this document for the Planning Department email signature templates.

Please follow these steps to update your signature:

  1. In Gmail, click on the to the top right corner and look for the Settings.
  2. Click on "Signature".
  3. Right-click and select "Paste", or use Ctrl-V (Cmd-V on Mac) to paste the copied signature.
  4. Remember to save your changes once you have pasted the signature.
  5. Send a test email to yourself and check it on your computer and mobile device to see that the image and signature are correct.
